Founder and Principal Consultant

Lisa Martin brings more than 23 years of REALTOR® association executive leadership and 26 years of real estate industry experience to every client engagement.

Throughout her career, she has successfully guided organizations through strategic planning, governance modernization, financial stewardship, executive transitions, operational transformation, leadership development, and organizational growth. Her extensive background includes serving as a REALTOR®, association executive, real estate franchise manager, licensed continuing education instructor, Professional Standards Administrator, Pepperdine University-certified mediator, and paralegal.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and practical approach, Lisa helps associations move beyond planning and into meaningful execution. She works alongside boards, CEOs, and staff to strengthen governance, expand executive capacity, improve operations, and build organizations that are positioned for long-term success.
